一般財団法人 日本繊維製品品質技術センター（東京都港区　山中　毅理事長）は、弊財団が運営する神戸試験センター（神戸市中央区）が、NITE（ナイト）「独立行政法人製品評価技術基盤機構」（東京都渋谷区 長谷川 史彦理事長）より、産業標準化法試験事業者登録制度（JNLA *1）、およびNITE独自の認定制度（ASNITE *2）における抗ウイルス性試験を行う試験所として、2021年12月23日に国内で初めて認定を受けたことをご報告致します。

新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響による衛生意識の高まりから、様々な抗菌加工、抗ウイルス加工の製品開発が進んでおり、これに伴い、各種製品に対する抗ウイルス性試験が重要視されています。

また、抗ウイルス関連製品の取引の際には、適切な技術能力と管理体制のもとで試験を実施している、ISO/IEC 17025認定試験所から発行された、グローバルとして認められたASNITE・JNLA認定シンボル付き試験証明書が必要になる場合があります。

この度、弊財団 神戸試験センターは、NITEから抗ウイルス性試験を行う試験所として、国内初の認定を受けたことで、同センターが発行する試験証明書をご活用戴き、洗剤（固形物、粉末の懸濁液を含む）や洗浄剤、衣服、寝装寝具、カーテン、カーペット等の繊維製品、ドアハンドルや床材、壁紙等の建材、さらにプラスチック製品、金属製品、ガラス製品、陶磁器等の信頼性確保と、お客様各位の円滑なお取引推進にお役に立てれば幸いです。

QTEC certified as the first antiviral laboratory in Japan by NITE.

Japan Textile Products Quality Technology Center (President: Takeshi Yamanaka, Minato-ku, Tokyo) reports that on December 23, 2021, the Kobe Testing Center (Chuo-ku, Kobe), operated by QTEC, was certified by NITE, the National Institute of Technology and Evaluation (President: Fumihiko Hasegawa, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo) as the first laboratory in Japan to conduct antiviral tests under the Japan National Laboratory Accreditation system (JNLA) *1, and NITE's own accreditation system (ASNITE *2).

Due to the increasing consideration of hygiene influenced by the novel coronavirus infection, the development of various antibacterial and antiviral products has been progressing. and accordingly, antiviral testing of various products has become more and more important these days.

In addition, when trading antivirus products, a test certificate with a worldwide recognaized ASNITE/JNLA accreditation symbol attached, that is issued by an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory conducting tests under an appropriate technical capability and management system, should be required.

Since the Kobe Testing Center is the first laboratory to be certified by NITE as an antiviral testing laboratory in Japan, we hope that clients shall utilize the test certificates issued by our Kobe Testing Center to ensure the reliability of detergents (Including suspension of solids and powders), cleaning agent, clothes, bedding, curtains, carpets and other textile products, also door handles, flooring materials, wallpaper and other building materials, as well as plastic products, metal products, glass products, ceramics.etc. We would feel very honored to have the opportunity to contribute to your business development in the future.

QTEC被NITE认定为国内首个抗病毒试验所

一般财团法人日本纤维制品品质技术中心 (东京都港区，山中毅理事长) 表示，本财团运营的神户试验中心 (神户市中央区) 于2021年12月23日，成为日本国内首个被NITE——独立行政法人产品评价技术基础机构 (东京都涉谷区，长谷川史彦理事长) 认定为日本产业标准化法试验事业者登记制度 (JNLA*1) 及NITE独有的认证制度 (ASNITE*2) 下的抗病毒试验的试验所。

由于新型冠状病毒感染症的影响，人们的卫生意识提高，各种抗菌加工、抗病毒加工的产品开发取得了进展,各种产品的抗病毒性试验也因此受到了高度重视。

此外，在进行抗病毒相关产品的商业贸易时，可能会需要ISO/IEC 17025认证试验所发行的、注明全球认可的ASNITE·JNLA认证符号的试验证书。该证书表明该产品在适当的技术能力和管理体系下进行了试验。

此次，本财团神户试验中心被NITE认定为国内首个进行抗病毒试验的试验所，期待各位能够活用该中心发行的试验证明书，用以确保洗涤剂(包含固体、粉末悬浮液等)和清洗剂、衣服、床上用品、窗帘、地毯等的纤维制品，门把手、地板、壁纸等的建筑材料、以及塑料制品、金属制品、玻璃制品、陶瓷制品等的可信赖性，期待能够荣幸地为各位今后更加顺利的商业活动提供助力。
