As we have informed the IA Japan of National Institute of Technology and Evaluation (NITE) as a proficiency test provider to implement the JNLA-related Proficiency Test Scheme 2014, now we solicit participation in the Proficiency Test Scheme.

    This Proficiency Test Scheme is implemented by the simultaneous participation scheme specified in JIS Q 17043:2011 (ISO/IEC 17043:2010).

Participation procedure

  1. Application form
  2. Persons who wish to participate the scheme are requested to fill in the “JNLA proficiency test participation application form” and send it to the following address by fax or e-mail.
    *Proficiency Test Scheme is carried out only using Japanese language.
    (Procedure manuals and papers, etc. are all in Japanese.)

  3. Application confirmation
  4. We will notify the applicants who have submitted the application form of the temporary reception of the application within 1 week. The participation fee is as follows:

    Textiles-Methods for determination of certain aromatic amines derived from azo colorants. JIS L 1940-1:2014 and JIS L 1940-3:2014 (ISO 24362-1:2014 and ISO 24362-3:2014)
    Japanese Yen: 88,000

    We will send the bill for the fee after the application is finalized. However, when there are too many applicants to accept, we have to accept in the following order of priority. Please understand this situation.
    The bill will be sent after the application is finalized, that is, after February 6, 2015.

    1st: JNLA registration and accredited enterprise
    2nd: JNLA application expected person
    3rd: Others

  5. Report of test outcome to IA Japan of NITE
  6. *NITE: National Institute of Technology and Evaluation
    *IA Japan: International Accreditation Japan

    As we will report the test outcome to IA Japan about JNLA-registered test centers or those on the way of registration by the request of IA Japan, please put a check-mark in the □ space where “Agree to report to IA Japan”
    For other participants, to report to IA Japan is optional, and so please put a check-mark either “Agree” or “Not agree”.

  7. Precautions
  8. ① Maintaining confidentiality
    In the final report, the name of the participant is not written by using only the ID code only known by the participant to protect confidentiality of all the information of individual participants.

    ② Forgery of the result
    In this scheme, you are requested to conduct the test in accordance with the specified JIS methods and report the results faithfully to the provider. Please note that you must not exchange information between participants until the final report is issued.
